Apostille and Notarized Translation: Now Available as an Express Service in 24 Hours

Landing a job in Germany, enrolling at a university in France, opening a bank account in Romania — all of these require the same thing: properly prepared, officially translated and certified documents. This is precisely where most people hit their first serious obstacle: long turnaround times, opaque procedures and the risk of rejection due to an incorrectly formalized translation.

Starting in May 2026, we are launching an express notarized translation service with apostille — with a 24-hour turnaround.

What the Service Includes

Document translation is performed by a certified translator specializing in legal documentation. We do not use machine translation as a base — only professional manual translation followed by editing.

Notarial certification confirms the identity of the translator and the authenticity of their signature. Without this step, a translation has no legal force in most countries.

An apostille is a special stamp affixed by an authorized government body that certifies the authenticity of a document for use in countries that have acceded to the 1961 Hague Convention. The apostille is recognized in more than 120 countries worldwide.

Documents We Accept

  • Birth, marriage, divorce and death certificates
  • Educational diplomas and academic transcripts
  • Employment records and workplace certificates
  • Court decisions and notarial deeds
  • Powers of attorney and corporate documents
  • Medical certificates and extracts
  • Passports and identity documents (translation of content)

How It Works

Step 1. You send a scan or photo of the document via the form on our website or by email. We assess the volume and confirm the request within 1 hour.

Step 2. The translator begins work immediately after payment is confirmed. The notarial record is prepared in parallel.

Step 3. The completed translation is notarially certified. If required, the apostille is obtained through an expedited procedure at the authorized authority.

Step 4. You receive the original documents by courier or collect them in person. An electronic copy with a digital signature is sent to your email.

Important to Know

The 24-hour turnaround applies to standard documents of up to 5 pages submitted before 2:00 PM on a business day. For larger volumes or non-standard cases, the deadline is agreed individually — typically 36–48 hours.

The cost of the express service is approximately 40% higher than the standard rate. Nevertheless, if the deadline is critical — this is the most reliable and predictable way to meet it.
