We Have Been Named Among the Top 10 Best Translation Agencies in Eastern Europe by TranslationRating 2026

In March 2026, the annual independent TranslationRating ranking was published — one of the most authoritative industry indices in the field of language services for Central and Eastern European markets. This year, the ranking includes 94 agencies from 18 countries. We placed 7th in the overall standings and 3rd in the category of Simultaneous and Consecutive Interpretation.

Evaluation Methodology

The ranking is built on a multi-level audit. TranslationRating experts assess agencies across five groups of criteria:

1. Translation quality — anonymous review of real translations by independent linguists. Texts are assessed for accuracy, stylistic adequacy and fidelity to the source meaning.
2. Speed and reliability — analysis of adherence to stated deadlines based on client reviews and the agency’s internal statistics over the past 12 months.
3. Client service — assessed are response speed to inquiries, pricing transparency, communication quality and handling of complaints.
4. Team qualifications — verification of certificates, professional association memberships, translator experience and the existence of internal quality control standards.
5. Technological capability — use of CAT tools, project management systems and secure document transfer channels.

What the Ranking Experts Noted

The official TranslationRating report highlighted several strengths of our agency:

“The agency demonstrates an exceptionally high level of specialization in legal and technical translation. Particularly noteworthy is its work with the Romanian–Russian language pair, where the availability of quality providers in the region has traditionally been limited.”

The experts also highlighted our double-editing system — where every translation is reviewed by a second independent specialist before final delivery to the client. Although this practice increases internal costs, it significantly reduces the number of revisions and raises client satisfaction.

Being included in the TranslationRating top 10 is not a marketing award that can be purchased or obtained on request. It is the result of an independent external review that we did not initiate and did not specifically prepare for.

Plans for 2026

Making the ranking is great news — but not a reason to stop. In 2026 we plan to:

• Expand our simultaneous interpretation team with 4 new specialists, including Arabic and Chinese language pairs
• Launch a client portal for tracking order status in real time
• Obtain ISO 17100 certification — the international quality standard for translation services
• Open a representative office in Bucharest to serve the Romanian market
